This notice explains how Mafolex Tech Solutions (“Mafolex”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information in connection with this website.

We are an independent IT consulting practice. This website is a working introduction to our capabilities, not an account portal or a marketing platform. We collect only what we need to operate the site and respond to people who contact us.

Information you provide. When you submit the contact form, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, work email address, organization, area of interest, message, and your confirmation that we may use the information to respond. Please do not include credentials, sensitive personal data, or confidential material in the form.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. This information is used for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. Our contact endpoint also uses your IP address for short-term rate limiting, held in server memory and not written to a marketing database.

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your enquiry and continue the conversation;
• Understand the context of a potential engagement;
• Operate, secure, and troubleshoot this website;
• Prevent spam, abuse, and automated submissions; and
• Meet legal or accounting obligations that may apply.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry details to send unsolicited marketing.

• An email delivery provider used to transmit contact form enquiries to our inbox; and

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is useful for responding to you and maintaining a record of the conversation. If an engagement begins, relevant information may be retained in the engagement record. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details, subject to any legal or accounting requirements. Rate-limiting data is short-lived and stored in memory.

This site does not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics. If that changes, this notice will be updated before the change takes effect. Your browser may store essential technical data required to load and secure the site.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information submitted through this site, including transport encryption and input validation. No internet transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive material through the contact form. If you need to share something confidential, tell us first and we will agree on an appropriate channel.

Mafolex works remotely and serves businesses globally. Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual safeguards offered by those providers and limit processing to what is necessary for the purposes described in this notice.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent for us to use your enquiry details, though we may then be unable to continue the conversation.
